1.1 By using, visiting, accessing and/or registering with Pysiotec, you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of our privacy policy which are incorporated in these Terms by reference. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms (as amended from time to time), then please do not use this Application.
1.2 We reserve the right to change, modify, add or delete parts of these Terms at any time and without further notice. Such amendments shall be effective upon posting the revised Terms on the Application.
2.1 To register and post items/products, you will need to create an account, registering as a Member. You are not allowed to use another Member’s account unless you have his or her permission to do so.
2.2 You are solely responsible and liable for any activity occurring on your account, and you must keep your account password secret. You must inform us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. We will investigate any security breaches and we have the right to suspend or terminate the account immediately. We will not be liable for any losses caused by the unauthorized use of your account, but you may be liable for our or other users’ losses caused by such unauthorized use.
2.3 Compliance with Philippine Laws: Users must adhere to all relevant laws and regulations of the Philippines when using the Service. Any violation of local laws may result in legal action.
2.4 Reporting Violations: Users are encouraged to report any inappropriate or illegal content to the platform administrators. Prompt reporting helps maintain a safe and lawful environment.
2.5 Sanctions: In the event of a violation of these terms, the platform reserves the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to:
a. Removal of the offending content.
b. Temporary or permanent suspension of the user's account.
c. Cooperation with law enforcement authorities, if required.
d. Pursuit of legal action in accordance with the Cybercrime Prevention Act (Republic Act No. 10175).
2.6 User Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for the content they post. The platform disclaims any liability for content posted by users.
2.7 Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the platform and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the user's violation of these terms or any applicable laws.
2.8 Changes to Terms and Conditions: The platform reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms to stay informed of any changes.
2.9 Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the Republic Act of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Philippines.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the termination of your account and legal consequences.
